How long until my order ships?

Print Stylebook orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern typically ship the same business day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern on a weekday, or placed on a weekend or holiday, should ship the next business day.

If you ordered a print Stylebook and provided a valid email address when you placed an order on our website, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.

If you do not have an email with your tracking number, it is possible there is a typo in your email address or an error happened in processing. If you think that is the case, please contact customer support via our online form, by email at help@apstylebook.com or call 1-800-353-6798 and they can update your email address.

If you have created a Stylebook customer account, you can view your order history, products and shipping status via the Account/Product Dashboard.  Go to “My orders” and click on “View order” to get details for the order you are inquiring about. Select the “shipments” tab for details on shipping status.
