Haven't received my order yet

Print Stylebook orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern typically ship the same business day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern on a weekday, or placed on a weekend or holiday, should ship the next business day.

If you ordered a print Stylebook and provided a valid email address when you placed an order on our website, we will send you a confirmation email from help@apstylebook.com with a tracking number when your order ships. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.

NOTE: USPS does not provide tracking information for orders shipped using First Class Mail.

If you ordered a subscription to one of our digital services and provided a valid email address when you placed an order on our website, we will send you an email with instructions to activate your account within a few minutes after your order is placed. This email will be separate from your receipt. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.

If you do not have an email with your tracking number or activation details, it is possible there is a typo in your email address or an error happened in processing. Please contact customer support via our online form, by email at help@apstylebook.com or call 1-800-353-6798 and we can help fix whatever went wrong with your order. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
