Have you received my check?

Your order will be processed once your check has arrived. It typically takes up to a week for a mailed check to arrive in our lockbox.

If you ordered a print Stylebook and provided a valid email address when you placed your order on our website, we will send you a confirmation email from help@apstylebook.com with a tracking number when your order is processed, as well as an invoice via email. If you ordered a subscription to one of our digital services and provided a valid email address when you placed your order on our website, we will send you an email from help@apstylebook.com with instructions to activate your account when your order is processed You will also receive a separate email with a receipt. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.
