If you ordered a print Stylebook and provided a valid email address when you placed an order on our website, we will send you a confirmation email from email@example.com with a tracking number when your order ships. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.
If you ordered a subscription to one of our digital services and provided a valid email address when you placed an order on our website, we will send you an email with instructions to activate your account. This email will be separate from your receipt. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.
If you do not have an email with your tracking number or account activation details, it is possible there is a typo in your email address. If you think that is the case, please contact customer support via our online form, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-353-6798 and they can update your email address.
