Need a copy of a receipt or invoice
If you provided a valid email address when you placed an order on our website, you should have an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with receipt details including pricing and an invoice number. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.
We have a self-serve invoice feature to serve those customers who need to pay by check. Choose “check” as your payment type in step four of checkout and we will email you an invoice PDF, complete with shipping charges.
We value your privacy and security, so we never display your complete credit card number.
Your order number and other order information can be found on the shipping label and the packing slip, if you ordered printed Stylebooks.
If you have created a Stylebook customer account, you can look up your past receipts in the “My Orders” section of your customer dashboard. When you click “view order,” you will see the details of your order, as well as the option to print in the upper right of the screen.
If you do not have your invoice number, please contact customer support via our online form, by email at email@example.com or phone at 800-353-6798 so we can look up your invoice and send it to you.
