Meant to renew, but created a new account instead
Are you continuing to get expiration notices for a digital subscription, even though you completed an order on our website?
If you didn’t log in before placing your order, it’s likely you created a new account instead of applying your payment to renewing your existing account. Logging in is what tells our order system you already have an account with us.
If you want to keep your original account, please contact customer support via our online form, by email at email@example.com or call 1-800-353-6798 for assistance. We can cancel the duplicate account and apply your payment to your original subscription. We will issue you a refund for the renewal discount you should have received.
