My check has cleared my bank, has my order processed?
We require payment before we process orders, and we will complete your order once your check arrives in our lockbox.
If you ordered a print Stylebook and provided a valid email address when you placed an order on our website, we will send you a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a tracking number when your order is processed, as well as an invoice via email. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.
If you ordered a subscription to one of our digital services and provided a valid email address when you placed an order on our website, we will send you an email from email@example.com with instructions to activate your account when your order is processed. You will also receive a separate email with a receipt. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.
If you do not have an order confirmation email and your check has been cashed, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-353-6798. Very rarely checks go missing or get applied to the wrong account, and if you can provide us proof of your cancelled check, that will help us investigate what happened to your payment.
